Brief

The client brief for this project was to consolidate two existing offices into a single, unified workplace guided by the BRITA Brand Guide and informed by the aesthetic and palette of the 2022 project.

The design focused on inclusivity, sustainability, and user-led functionality, creating a cohesive environment that supports a range of working styles. The scheme would need to deliver clearly zoned workspaces, combining dynamic collaborative areas, focused work settings, and flexible hot-desking to meet varied user needs and acoustic requirements within a unified spatial strategy.

A new meeting suite, was to accommodate 4 meeting rooms with defined capacities, a wellness space, and a central open workspace for hot-desking.

The scheme was also to incorporate a client-facing showroom and a dedicated BRITA field services space, purpose designed to support operational workflows.
